Co-PresidentMinali is a senior majoring in Accounting. She is from Chicago, but always knew she wanted to go to school on the West Coast for the change in pace (the weather is also a great bonus). Minali joined MWLB her sophomore year and loved how genuine and driven all the girls were.
This year, she's so excited to be serving as Co-President with Ava! She is looking forward to fostering a club experience that makes MWLB such an amazing organization to be a part of and to support our members in any way she can.

Co-PresidentAva Satterfield is a senior from the San Francisco Bay Area majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Sports Media Industries. She joined MWLB during her sophomore year and quickly found an inspiring community that she's honored to help lead as Co-President this year. A proud Trojan and lifelong sports fan, you'll usually find Ava on the sidelines working in Game Day Operations for USC Athletics. Professionally, she has gained experience in both wealth management and international tax, most recently interning with Ernst & Young's Indirect Tax practice. Co-VP of RecruitmentSiena is a junior majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. She was born and raised in Singapore and spent many winters in Whistler, Canada, where she fell in love with skiing. Siena joined MWLB in the fall of her freshman year as her first club at USC. She attended summer culinary school to deepen her passion for food, and is a big foodie. Co-VP of MarketingMolly is a senior from Santa Barbara, CA, majoring in Business Administration and Applied Analytics. She joined MWLB in the fall semester of her freshman year, served as VP of Admin & Finance her sophomore year, and is serving her second year as VP of Marketing. She spent last semester studying abroad at IE University in Madrid, where she travelled to 20 cities and took over 2 million steps (and probably just as many photos). Her professional passions lie on the analytical side of creative industries, contributing to projects and products that help connect communities. Her previous marketing experience ranges in size and industry, from large corporations like L’Oreal and FOX Entertainment to small startups like Harris Gaviota Farm. In her free time, Molly loves live music (especially jazz), going on walks, hosting dinner parties, and reading Edith Wharton novels. Co-VP of MarketingDia is a junior majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Advertising, from the Bay Area! She joined MWLB her first semester of freshman year to explore business and learn from a like-minded community of inspiring women and has stuck with the club ever since. During the school year, Dia is a Game Day Marketing Intern for USC Athletics, and she spent the past summer interning in marketing and sales at a startup. Outside of loving USC, she loves exploring LA, finding new restaurants and study spots, watching sports, taking pictures, attending concerts, and dancing. VP of Public RelationsSabrina is a junior majoring in Business Administration with minors in AI Applications and Food & Society. She's especially interested in how operations, marketing, and technology shape consumer behavior and drive innovation in consumer products. After moving cross-country from Potomac, Maryland, to Los Angeles for college, Sabrina joined MWLB during her freshman fall semester to build a community and friendships with women who shared her passion for business. Now serving as VP of PR for a second year, Sabrina is excited to grow MWLB's brand through campus collaborations, brand partnerships, and relationships with companies across Los Angeles. Lately, she’s been enjoying hot yoga, finding new restaurants on Beli (feel free to add her), thrifting, and exploring as many nooks of LA as she can. Co-VP of OutreachAnna is a junior studying Political Economy with a minor in Finance. She is from New York City but loves living in California for college. Anna joined MWLB her first semester at USC, hoping to find a community of supportive, career-oriented women and found exactly that. As Co-VP of Outreach, she is excited to organize panels and help new members learn about different career opportunities. VP of New Member ProgramMorgan is a junior studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship while also pursuing a PDP M.S. in Marketing. She joined MWLB her freshman year and currently serves as the VP of the New Member Program. This past summer, she interned at Poppi Soda as an Alix Earle Culture Intern, where she helped bring creative campaigns and brand experiences to life. Originally from Santa Clarita and now living in the Bay Area, Morgan loves spending time at the beach, creating vlogs for social media, and dancing!

VP of Administration and FinanceThea is a senior majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Applied Analytics. Originally from Singapore, she has lived in Hong Kong and Jakarta and recently spent a semester abroad in Milan. She joined MWLB in the fall of her junior year, drawn to its community of driven, supportive women who share her passion for business. In her free time, Thea enjoys discovering new cafes, watching F1, travelling, and exploring SoCal’s many hiking trails. Co-VP of OutreachIssy is a junior studying International Relations and Global Business, with a recently added minor in the Law and Regulation of Artificial Intelligence. She grew up in Hong Kong before making the move across the world to Los Angeles for college. Issy joined MWLB in the fall of her sophomore year and quickly found a community of like-minded, driven women. As Co-VP of Outreach, she's excited to meet even more inspiring women who are doing incredible work in their industries and to help create meaningful connections for fellow members. Outside of MWLB, Issy loves to travel and spend time outdoors, whether she's hiking, skiing, or playing soccer. She's also still on the hunt for the best dim sum spot in the city, so if you have any recommendations, she would love to hear them!

Co-VP of MembershipAbby is a Junior majoring in Business of Cinematic Arts. She is from a small town in Northern California called Gilroy and grew up loving film and musical theatre. Abby joined MWLB Fall of her Sophomore year where she has met so many amazing women and has discovered new passions through listening to the various speakers. Serving as Co-Vp of Membership, she is so excited to meet all of the new members and plan retreat!
Over this past summer, she worked in a social media marketing internship and plans to continue interning and working in marketing positions. In her free time she loves hanging out with friends, trying new foods, exploring LA, and going to the beach. Co-VP of Membership
Trisha is a junior majoring in Business Administration and Behavioral Economics & Psychology from good ole Pennsylvania. Having moved over ten times before eventually settling there, she came to USC excited to be part of a community that reflected her love for diversity and adventure. She joined MWLB during her sophomore fall semester and quickly found some of her favorite people, along with incredible opportunities for personal and professional growth. Outside of MWLB, Trisha is involved in USC's entrepreneurship ecosystem and plans to pursue a career in finance, with a particular interest in the aerospace and defense industry. In her free time, she loves collecting perfume, watching historical documentaries, writing, and discovering new restaurants (please add her on Beli!). As a self-proclaimed foodie with a passion for travel, she's always looking for sidequest recommendations, so feel free to reach out!

Co-VP of RecruitmentAllie is a junior majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Musical Theatre. She is from the Bay Area and grew up in a small town called Lafayette. Allie joined MWLB in the fall of her freshman year and instantly found a sense of community and support. After serving as Co-VP of membership last year, she is excited to work with Siena again as Co-VPs of Recruitment, and is looking forward to helping applicants feel the MWLB love. In her free time, Allie loves to sing, try new restaurants and matcha spots, go to Pilates, and cuddle up on the couch with a good book (or to watch love island).
